  1. To easily and successfully make difficult changes to your lifestyle--using a brief process that will only take ten or fifteen minutes to start, followed by around five minutes daily.
  2. To develop enthusiasm and optimism in your ability to master your own life, optimism that you know is absolutely realistic.
  3. To build your confidence to such high levels that your enthusiasm rubs off in other areas of your life, causing spontaneous lifestyle changes you never predicted.
